Become a LinkBOOK Reseller or Distributor
LinkBOOK is expanding, and we're building genuine business partnerships with established retailers, computer shops and technology businesses across Papua New Guinea.
We are inviting expressions of interest from businesses that would like to become official LinkBOOK resellers or authorized distributors in their region. LinkBOOK is a Papua New Guinean laptop brand imported, configured and supported locally by Buki Techcare. Our goal is to make reliable and affordable laptops more accessible throughout PNG, backed by dependable local support.
Requirements
Who we're looking for
Have an established shop, office or recognised business location
Have experience selling computers, electronics or related products
Can provide reliable customer service and after-sales support
Have a good business reputation within their community
Are prepared to actively promote and represent the LinkBOOK brand
Can maintain reasonable stock levels based on local demand
Are committed to building a professional, long-term partnership

Partnership options
Authorized Reseller
Purchase LinkBOOK laptops at an approved reseller price and sell them within your local market.
Minimum order: 3 units
Authorized Distributor
Purchase larger quantities, maintain stock and help supply approved retailers or customers within an agreed region.
Minimum order: 5 units

Key terms & conditions
- All applicants must provide valid business registration details, identification and information about their business location.
- Approval is not automatic. Buki Techcare will assess each application before granting reseller or distributor status.
- Wholesale pricing and payment arrangements will be provided privately to approved applicants.
- Initial orders may require full payment before dispatch. Credit arrangements will only be considered after a reliable trading history has been established.
- Resellers and distributors must not make false claims, alter official product specifications or misrepresent LinkBOOK products.
- LinkBOOK branding, promotional materials and product images must be used professionally and only for approved business purposes.
- Products must be sold at fair and responsible prices. Any recommended retail pricing or promotional conditions communicated by LinkBOOK should be respected.
- Warranty concerns and customer complaints must be handled promptly and in accordance with LinkBOOK's approved warranty and after-sales procedures.
- Authorization is initially non-exclusive unless exclusive territory rights are confirmed through a separate written agreement.
- LinkBOOK reserves the right to suspend or withdraw authorization where a partner damages the brand, misleads customers, repeatedly breaches agreed terms or fails to meet partnership obligations.
